My name is Sydney and I named my business after my third baby, who was the biggest (and best) surprise. She has showed my husband and I how to slow down, be present and actually enjoy being parents. Oh and she had the chubbiest cheeks! I am passionate about being a mother and helping others navigate pregnancy, labor and motherhood! Whatever your birth plan looks like, I’m here to help. I can’t wait to be a part of your journey!

If you are looking for full pregnancy care through labor and postpartum, I’d love to meet with you and see if we would be a good fit!

Package Options

  • $1,750

    My full package includes:

    • 2 prenatal visits that will include (but are not limited to) the following:

      • Getting to know you and your partner

      • Going over (or creating) your birth plan

      • Discussing your pregnancy and any past/upcoming appointments

      • Talking through any questions or concerns you may have about labor as well as educating you about positioning, anatomy, breathing etc.

    • Full labor support that includes (but is not limited to):

      • Physical support including pain management

      • Prepping birth place for your comfort and needs

      • Emotional support during all stages of labor

      • Advocacy during your labor should you have questions or concerns for medical staff

    • Postpartum support that includes (but is not limited to):

      • 2 postpartum visits at times (and places) agreed upon by all parties that include (but are not limited to):

        • Cleaning/tidying up your living space

        • Basic lactation support

        • Partner support and guidance

        • Help with basic infant needs

        • Emotional support

        • Help with postpartum recovery

  • $1,000

    My postpartum package includes:

    • 2 postpartum visits at times (and places) agreed upon by all parties

    • Postpartum visits include (but are not limited to) the following tasks:

      • Care package

      • Basic lactation support

      • Cleaning/tidying/meal prep

      • Partner support

      • Help with basic infant care

      • Help with postpartum recovery

  • $250

    My pregnancy prep package can be done in person or virtually- whichever is more convenient for you! It includes:

    • (1) 1-2 hour appointment that covers the following:

      • Personalized birth plan for you to print & take with you to your labor

      • Answer any questions or concerns about pregnancy or labor

      • Healthy habits for pregnancy

      • Labor prep & guidance

Why do I need a doula?

Women were meant to have babies boldly, confidently and with little to no intervention. We were also meant to have a village to raise our kids with. I’d love to be a part of your village and my goal is always to help you get the birth you’ve been dreaming of, free of as much fear and confusion as possible. Whether you are a first time mom wanting to be as prepared as possible or a fourth time mom wanting a better experience, I’m here to guide you through your prenatal, labor and postpartum with as much knowledge and support as I can give you.
